My name is Wayne L. Brown,  and Welcome to my Blog ocMortgagefinder.  I am a licensed Mortgage Broker, based in San Diego, California.  

This year represents my 38th year in banking and finance, specializing in residential and investment lending.  My philosophy is fairly Straight forward in that I always try to live and abide by Two rules when dealing with clientele.

First, I try to Live a Purpose Driven Life.  Basically, this means that I let my spirtitual beliefs guide me in Helping those in Need or seeking assistance relative to real estate financing.  What this means to you is that you will Always receive Ethical, Honest, and Knowledgeable Solutions to Your financing needs.

Secondly, and as important as the first, I Always Strive to Exceed My Clients’ Expectations.  This means to you that Your Best Interests and Satisfaction Always Remain my Top Priority.
